STEP 4: Online Fee Payment

Fee is collected ONLY through the online mode. The method of online fee payment is:  


  1. Go to website
  2. Click at Login (shown on computer screen).
  3. Select STUDENT module.
  4. Please type Admission Number of student in place of USER NAME. For Example - if Admission No is 21/999 then USER NAME will be 21/999.
  5. By default PASSWORD is “password” (parents can change the password but request to note down the new password). Do not use Forget Password option to reset password.
  6. Enter Date of Birth of student as DD-MM-YYYY for example 13-12-2005
  7. Select School (Type “Dhaula”and select Army Public School Dhaula Kuan).
  8. Please type captcha text shown on screen.
  9. Click Login button (a new screen will appear with student details). This dashboard will show different modules.
  10. Click on FEE (to see the fee details).
  11. Check fee details, click on Proceed For Online Payment and then click on Pay Now.
  12. Select payment mode i.e. DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD or NET BANKING and enter your bank details.
  13. Click on Pay Now and make the payment.
  14. Click a picture of the fee receipt generated after payment.

     15. If you face any difficulty even after going through the above fee payment procedure, you are requested to call Mr Pramod Butola (8800820654) between 9 am to 4 pm.

           He may not be in a position to take your call post 4 pm.

  1. Please note that arrears in r/o revision of fee, if any, will be charged accordingly in the upcoming months.
