DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NEW ADMISSION
1. Passport size photographs of student (1 each for Class 1to8 & 04 each for Class 9to12).
2. Self attested copy of Previous Class result + Progress report if admission is seeked during Mid Session.
3. Transfer Certificate (TC) in original(except for Class I)
TC must be countersigned by concerned Govt Authority/District Education Officer (except TC issued by APSs and CBSE affiliated Schools).
4. Copy of Aadhar Card of student.
5. Copy of Movement Order/Posting order of Parent (for Army person only).
6. Serving Certificate from OC/CO indicating that parent is serving in Army and in which Corps/Regt with his/her present residential address (Original).
7. Residential address proof.
(Residential address to be endorsed in Serving certificate OR Copy of Qtr allotment letter OR Copy of Pt-I order regarding Qtr allotment OR Copy of Qtr application for permanent accommodation applied to concerned authority with choice of locations).
8. Admission Application Form (from our School Reception).
9. Self attested copy of Birth certificate obtained from MCD or Govt local bodies. (Applicable only for admission in class-I).
10. Photo copy of Pension Pay Order (PPO) (Applicable only for Ex-Serviceman Category).
11. CBSE Registration (Applicable only for Class 9, 10, 11 & 12) :-
(a) Those seeking admission for Class 10 & 12 have to pay CBSE processing fee as under (or as amended by CBSE from time to time) :-
- Rs. 1000/- with Movement Order.
- Rs. 5000/- Without Movement Order/Posting Order.
(b) Documents required for class X & XII, in addition to above stated documents, the following are also required (duly attested by the Principal of Previous School) :-
- Photocopy of TC
- Photocopy of Marksheets Class IX(for 10th) and X&XI(for 12th)
- Copy of CBSE Registration Card of Class IX / XI. (c) Those seeking admission for Class IX & XI wef 01 Sep will also pay the CBSE processing fee as stated at para 11 (a) above.
